When you submit an inquiry, we may collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your company name;
• your telephone number, if you provide it; and
• the content of your message, if you provide it.

Your message and telephone number are optional. Please do not submit sensitive data, financial data, identity documents, or confidential information through the inquiry form.

We use inquiry data to receive, assess, and respond to your inquiry, and to manage communications related to that inquiry.

We use your email address for marketing communications only if you provide separate marketing consent through an option that is not selected by default on the form. Marketing consent is not required to submit an inquiry.

We process Personal Data on grounds permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us at office@permatabriquettes.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Inquiry data may be accessed only by internal personnel authorised to handle inquiries, including Pak Wahyoe and Bu Vera.

If the inquiry form is activated, we may use service providers for the infrastructure, anti-abuse protection, inquiry storage, and email delivery required for the form’s operation, including Cloudflare and Resend. Those providers are used only for purposes necessary to provide and secure the inquiry service.

Our service providers may process or access Personal Data from other countries. Where international processing occurs, we will apply measures required by applicable law and approved arrangements to protect your Personal Data.

• Inquiry data is retained for 12 months from the last activity relating to the inquiry.
• Evidence of marketing consent is retained for 24 months from the date consent is given, unless you withdraw consent earlier.
• Security and rate-limit records are retained for 30 days.
• Withdrawal-of-consent data is retained only as necessary to ensure that we do not send marketing communications to you again, and is reviewed periodically.

After the retention period ends, we will delete or anonymise the data in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about the processing of your Personal Data, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of marketing consent, or other rights available to you. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.

We may update this Privacy Notice when necessary. The current version will be available on this website and will state its updated effective date.
